SERVERS: Waiting, assisting and providing exceptional service to members and guests.  Work as a team to execute a variety of different event operations including but not limited to, buffet, plated and a la carte dining.  You must present the ability to engage the Members, listen to what they want, and be able to convey such to the kitchen by use of point of sale software.  If you are unsure of the use of point of sale software but have the rest, we will train you on the software.  You must be able to successfully take what Members order and record such into the software in an accurate manner as well as ensure that all tickets are signed when complete.  You will use a cocktail tray to serve all beverages and food, constantly check on Members when they are here to ensure they have what they need, and when done, promptly clear and reset the table.  You must be able to ensure restaurant cleanliness at all times.  The main role of this job is to ensure that the members experience is met at all times and if their is a complaint that you cannot resolve when it occurs, you seek out those that can.  You will also assist from time to time in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linens, and the locking up certain areas of the restaurant and clubhouse.
