Tournaments and Outings

The Waterfront Country Club is proud to work with charities, non-profit organizations, and corporate partners to help give back by hosting a limited number of outside golf events.  From charity tournaments to corporate outings, our professional staff can assist you in making your fundraising efforts an Experience that all your guests will remember.

Before calling to discuss your event, please consider that:
• Outings are normally scheduled on specific non-holiday days and are limited in the number of events per year. 
• Events are usually limited to 96 players* playing 18 holes for a single time start (see additional below).
• Outings are not permitted to be scheduled more than 18 months in advance.
• All food and beverage must be provided by The Waterfront Country Club.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit for golf and food is required at the time of approval. 

We will provide use of the course, golf carts, practice facility use before play the day of the event, course set-up, scoring, and tournament administration by our professional golf staff as well as food service by our food service and culinary staff.  We can also offer golf shop credit for merchandise through gift certificates that can be used the day of the event.   

*If the size or scope of any outing exceeds the available resources at The Waterfront which require the rental of additional carts, equipment, etc. all rental and delivery charges will be charged to the outing after consultation and approval.
